The Indigenous people of Biafra Mazi Nnamdi Kanu on Thursday began his Medical Examination

 Justice Nyako Binta of the Federal High Court Abuja,had ordered the Department of State Services,DSS, to grant Mazi Nnamdi Kanu access to his medical records. The Court was on Thursday in his judgement,held that objections the security agency raised against Nnamdi Kanu's request lacked merit. It added that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is constitutionally entitled to have access to both the medical records he requested for and the medical doctors of his choice.

Binta Nyako held that the independent medical examination of Nnamdi Kanu by his personal physicians should be supervised by the DSS, with the entire process recorded and sealed for security purposes. Sir,Ifeanyi  Ejiofor,Esq,IPOB's lead Counsel in e statement signed on Thursday, said Nnamdi was profoundly excited by the news from the court and subsequently directed that his appreciation be conveyed to his indefatigable legal team,ably led by Proof.Mike Ozekhome,SAN.

He affirmed that Mazi Nnamdi medical examination had commenced in earnest,by the recommended team of experts, with the cardiologist surgeon and otolaryngologist from the best hospital in Abuja,all dully recommended by Nnamdi's wife. "Onyendu was acquainted of the far reaching orders made by His Lordship today,in the landmark Judgement, where in His Lordship directed the DSS medically examine Onyendu outside the SSS facility without the influence of the SSS.  The Court further direct that all such examinations must be recorded. Furthermore,His Lordship directed the SSS to avail Onyendu with all his medical records.

Unknown Gunmen Was Attacked Enugu Police Station

 Divisional police station in Is-Uzo Local Government Area of Enugu State was attacked by Unknown Gunmen, early Tuesday morning. Although no Officer was reported killed during the attack, one of them said to have been shot and is currently receiving treatment.

The unknown gunmen also succeeded in carting away arms and ammunition. A local hinted that the assailants stormed the unfenced police station at about 2 am with a Toyota Sienna bus, shouting '" Release Nnamdi Kanu,'' " No Nnamdi Kanu,No Peace."

The came through Eha-Amufu and left through the same axis but it's not possible they got to Eha-Amufu township or crossed to Nkalagu, otherwise they would have been encountered by the soldiers in that area. It's possible they went through Aguamede e Benue state, reported from the source.

It was reliably gathered that the Federation was just waiting for the Super Eagles to end their Africa Cup of Nation's qualifiers on September 4 against Sao Tome and Principe before dealing with the issue  of Peseiro huge salary.

Part of the likely measures will be to convince the Portuguese to accept a pay cut or take a walk to allow the Federation look for another coach that his own salary will be less. 22 New Countries to join Brics Alliance

 With the vital gathering just three weeks ago,22 countries will see their heads of State gather at the Brics summit which is going to take place in Johannesburg. Joao Felix clash with his teammate

 Joao Felix has been in the headline this week, after he recently expressed his desire to play for Barcelona,rivals of current club Atletico Madrid. The traditional ruler of Nguru Community in Aboh Mbaise was killed

 The traditional ruler of the Nguru Community in Aboh Mbaise Local Government Area of Imo State, Eze James Nnamdi, was shot dead on Monday afternoon. He was killed at his palace when some gunmen invaded his compound.

The slain King was said to be receiving a guest,who was identified as Chief Ignatius Nwaru when the attackers struck. The development has however caused panic in the area. A source who doesn't want to be mentioned said, The traditional ruler of Nguru in Aboh Mbaise Local Government Area was around 3 :pm shot dead. The traditional who is popularly known as Eze Mmorioma was killed in his palace.

Report said that Eze Mmirioma was rushed to an undisclosed hospital where he was being attended to. Confirming the killing of the traditional ruler Eze Mmirioma, the spokesperson for the police in the State,Henry Okoue, said that the state Commissioner of Police, named Muhammed Berde, had ordered an investigation into the murder incident. 

The Commissioner of Police Barde has set a high powered  investigating team to investigate this case and ensure that the perpetrators of this dastardly act are arrested and made to face the full wrath of the law.

Reiss Nelson has signed New Four Years Contract

 Okorocha said that a security convoy that brought him to IMO State from Enugu state was attacked at Amuro in Okigwe on their way back to Enugu state,a police officer was killed. The former Governor of IMO State Okorocha called on President Bola Tinubu, for him to intervene in the alleged killings in Imo State,in order to restore peace in the area.

Okorocha thanks God almighty for keeping him alive.he also went ahead to sympathize with the family of the man that was shot dead at Okigwe, when they were going back to Enugu, shortly after they dropped me at my place at Spibat in Owerri,I send my condolences to the family and the people of Enugu state. Okorocha continued saying,I am making an effort to visit the family.I thank the governor of Enugu state, for the kind gesture.

That gave me convoy that brought me back home from Enugu, to Ihedioha's mother's burial. What I want to say is that killings in IMO State are underreported.Unfortunately, we are not making that known to the Federal Government.I wanted to bring it to the knowledge of the Federal government to do something about it.

Now in local government of Egbema is a hotbed and most people have abandoned their homes.I pealed to President Tinubu to come and help us.people are being killed daily,I don't know those involved but they should draw the line of peace. 

According to the former Governor Okorocha statement,Like when I was governor of IMO State,I engaged everybody, including the mechanics, motorcycle riders, and market people.The best system of government is a government that allow people to govern themselves. Okorocha stated that something must be done urgently in order to restore peace in his land Imo State. This deadly killing must stop. Is time for political leaders to come together and we stop this. Is not in our tradition to behead somebody. We are losing lives every day.I think I will write an open letter to governor Hope Uzodimma, to invite other governor of the state to advice him on what he should do to calm the situation, former governor Okorocha said.

Yesterday the military alliance rejected to set a timeline for Ukrainian accession

 The president of Ukraine named Voloeymyr Zelenskyy has come alongside NATO Secretary General named Jens Stoltenberg and the G7 Leaders at this years NATO summit, the president named Voloeymyr appreciated the military alliance for its assistance and support.

The president Voloeymyr declared the pivotal meeting "an important victory"for his countries security. Voloeymyr Zelenskyy's upbeat remarks came after the NATO allies rejected to submit to a timeline for Ukraine's accession. Some steps were made to formalise security guarantees and assurances which comes from major Leaders including the US president named Joe  Biden that Ukraine's future is in NATO.

Today's morning, president Voloeymyr Zelenskyy's confirmed that while no  timeline has been set, NATO would not  require Ukraine to create a full action issuing a membership invitation in the future. Voloeymyr Zelenskyy's who is the president of Ukraine said "I would like to extend words of gratitude to you for this important step, even during the full scale war against Russia, Ukraine continues to conduct reform.

The president added that " we highly appreciate the recognition that Ukraine will not need an action plan on its way to NATO. Voloeymyr acknowledged other allies concern about escalating tensions with Russia. Jens Stoltenberg the Secretary General comfired NATO that NATO has agreed to set up a multi year programme of assistance and remove the membership action plan requirement, reaffirming that Ukraine will become a member of NATO.

The president said that the agreement will help Ukraine transfer from Soviet erq military assets to be fully interoperable with other allies. Also being established in a new NATO Ukraine Council,a permanent body where the 31 allies and Kyiv can hold consultations and emergency meetings. The council is part of NATO's effort to bring Ukraine as close as possible to the military alliance before it joins.

NATO leaders said in their communique summarising the summits conclusions that Ukraine can join only when allies accept and conditions are met, said on Tuesday. In the interim, the alliance's top members are planning to resolve a major package of long-term security guarantees. White House European Affairs Adviser named Amanda Sloat told reporters that the multilateral plan, which will be signed by G7 Leaders, will send a significant signal to Russia that time is not on its side. The frame work is designed to provide for Ukraine's long-term security.

Kaka has joined Ancelotti's

 According to La Gazzetta Dello,Milan legend Kaka could join his  fomer coach named Carlo Ancelotti in Brazil technical staff from 2024. Ednaldo Rodriguez, President of the Brazilian FA, has revealed on Wednesday that Ancelotti would take over at the Selecao starting from the 2024 Copa America.

According to report got on Thursday, former Milan and Brazil star named Kaka could join Ancelotti staff in one year. Rodriguez had reportedly spoken to the exballon d or winner and his compatriot  Cafu during talks with Ancelotti and Kaka could join his former coach in 2024.

According to his investigation, one reliable source, named Comrade Chinedu Ukatu, Member of the Lagos State Market Advisory Council, said,"The Lagos State Environment and Development Authority has been issuing warnings regarding the obstruction of some waterways."

Ukatu, the President of the Ndigbo Amaka Progressive market Association in Lagos, went on to say that"all that happened at Alabama and the emergency visit by state government officials were directly about those blocking the free flow of water through the provided waterways.

Ukatu clarified that the directive has"nothing to do with plazas and shops on markets or along market roads." He urged everyone to"disregard the statement and video messages trending on the internet and admonished that such propaganda was not necessary for the Igbos at this time."

Another Alabama resident, named Chief Ikechukwu Okolo, told Ohanaeze Ndigbo that some structures were built on waterways, obstructing drainage and causing flooding, particularly during the rainy season. Okolo added that "the owners of the affected structures have since been notified for months, but as we can see, each time the execution order was to be carried out, corrupt government officials were compromised, and the flooding challenge continues to this day."

Chief Evaristus Ozonweke,an Ohanaeze chieftain living in Lagos, has also backed up the above assertion. Iwuanyanwu urged the Lagos State Environment and Development Authority to exercise caution and good judgement in carrying out their duties, and he urged the Igbos in Lagos to remain calm. He indicated a pressing need to visit Lagos and the Soui West confident that all of the challenges confronting the Igbo in Lagos would be addressed during his visit.  

Olise to Miss Start of Next Season

 Chrystal Palace winger Michael Olise is reportedly set to miss the start of the 2023-2024 season after he sustained a hamstring injury on international duty. Michael Olise has been representing France at the Under 21 European Championships in Georgia and Romania, but his tournament lasted just two games.

The Frenchman was forced off in the second group game against Norway, less than 10 minutes after scoring the winner in the 1-0 victory. Michael Olise had to be helped off the pitch after picking up an injury in a collision with Norway goalkeeper named Kristoffer Klaeson.

Subsequent tests and assessments have revealed that Michael Olise has suffered a grade three tear the most severe category of hamstring injuries. The recovery time is expected to be around three months, which will rule Michael Olise out for the start of the 2023 to 2024 season.

Michael Olise France Under-21 teammates showed their support in their final group game against  Switzerland when Amine Gouri celebrate his opener by holding up a shirt with Michael Olise name and number.

Olise who is 21 year old enjoyed a successful 2022-23 campaign for Chrystal Palace, scoring two goals and providing 11 assists I'm 37 top flight appearances.

West Ham Monitoring Goto

West Ham are monitoring Japanese teenage prospect named Keisuke Goto. The exciting 18 year old center forward from Jubilo Iwata is 6ft 3ins tall and was due to represent his country at the World U20 Championships but for injury. Keisuke Goto stands out with his  physical attributes. Despite his height,he is pick up possession before breaking into the box.

He has scored five goals so far this season in 17 appearances and made one assist. Capped throughout his youth career by his country,he is being tipped to make a breakthrough into the full squad over the next year if he continues his progression.

Everton have also watched Goto but there's particularly strong interest from Sevilla, where former Leeds sporting up position, Italian Giants Juventus and Feyenoord. Keisuke Goto could be brought into the UK under the GBE rule where young players of exceptional talent that don't qualify to work here under the normal points system are given exception.

West Ham are Keen to bolster their squad with younger players and want to add height, particularly with Declan Rice bound for Arsenal while they could also lose Thilo Kehrer.  

Manchester United agreed £60 million fee

 Manchester United have reached an agreement with Chelsea to sign Mason Mount for £60 million.

Following talks over the previous 24 hours, the two clubs have found a resolution to an impasse in talks.

The deal is understood to be £60 million inclusive of ads ons.

The add-ons are understood to be achievable. He will now undergo a medical and are personal terms before signing a long term deal at Old Trafford, which is understood to be a five year deal.

According to report, Mount had emerged as Erik ten Hag's priority target this summer.

The Red Devil's have been chasing Mount for most of the Window but had three bids rejected the third of which came last week at around £55 million before United walked  away from the negotiating table.

United were reluctant to pay over the odds for a player who had one year remaining on his contract at Stamford Bridge. But they have now agreed to pay an initial fee of £55 million with £5  million in add-ons.
