Olise to Miss Start of Next Season

 Chrystal Palace winger Michael Olise is reportedly set to miss the start of the 2023-2024 season after he sustained a hamstring injury on international duty. Michael Olise has been representing France at the Under 21 European Championships in Georgia and Romania, but his tournament lasted just two games.


The Frenchman was forced off in the second group game against Norway, less than 10 minutes after scoring the winner in the 1-0 victory. Michael Olise had to be helped off the pitch after picking up an injury in a collision with Norway goalkeeper named Kristoffer Klaeson.



Subsequent tests and assessments have revealed that Michael Olise has suffered a grade three tear the most severe category of hamstring injuries. The recovery time is expected to be around three months, which will rule Michael Olise out for the start of the 2023 to 2024 season.



Michael Olise France Under-21 teammates showed their support in their final group game against  Switzerland when Amine Gouri celebrate his opener by holding up a shirt with Michael Olise name and number.


Olise who is 21 year old enjoyed a successful 2022-23 campaign for Chrystal Palace, scoring two goals and providing 11 assists I'm 37 top flight appearances.


West Ham Monitoring Goto

West Ham are monitoring Japanese teenage prospect named Keisuke Goto. The exciting 18 year old center forward from Jubilo Iwata is 6ft 3ins tall and was due to represent his country at the World U20 Championships but for injury. Keisuke Goto stands out with his  physical attributes. Despite his height,he is pick up possession before breaking into the box.



He has scored five goals so far this season in 17 appearances and made one assist. Capped throughout his youth career by his country,he is being tipped to make a breakthrough into the full squad over the next year if he continues his progression.


Everton have also watched Goto but there's particularly strong interest from Sevilla, where former Leeds sporting up position, Italian Giants Juventus and Feyenoord. Keisuke Goto could be brought into the UK under the GBE rule where young players of exceptional talent that don't qualify to work here under the normal points system are given exception.


West Ham are Keen to bolster their squad with younger players and want to add height, particularly with Declan Rice bound for Arsenal while they could also lose Thilo Kehrer.
