Marco Asensio has now become officially a PSG player. The French club and the player have made public the signing, which was completed a fortnight ago in Paris. It was necessary to wait until 30th June,2023 the date on which his contract with Real Madrid was due to expire,who has given the go-ahead to a deal that was already closed by Luis Campos and Nasser Al Khelaifi.

In the French capital,he is looking for more minutes and a greater role in the team,as well as a better salary. The Spaniard goes from the four million he earned at Real Madrid to a net figure of around seven million.
In a deal closed by Jorge Mendes,who has been in charge of his affairs for the last year,he signs until 2026 with the hope of continuing to add to his CV. Marco Asensio left Real Madrid after winning 17 titles and making a total of 286 appearances, he has scored about 61 goals and assisting 28.
He also showed a tremendous punch, although that was not enough for him to become an indisputable player in the eleven.It is precisely this lack of confidence to be a regular in the eleven that has made him take the step of leaving the club, which presented him with a renewal offer that slightly improve his conditions. After much contemplation, Marco said no. He left after playing 51 games last season and scoring about 12 goals.
